Shipping Policy

At Petticoat  Skateboarding, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, efficiently and safely. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery:

  1. Shipping Times We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  2. Shipping Methods We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail, but we also use other couriers like DHL, UPS or FedEx for larger or heavier items.

  3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

  4. Shipping Destinations We ship to all addresses in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

  5. Delivery Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, while express shipping can take 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any customs or import duties.

  6. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.

  7. Damaged or Lost Items If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either refund or replace your order as necessary.
